Changing the LCD screen on the MacBook (A3113 or similar model) requires precision and maintenance. Below is a general guide to help you through the process. Note that the right steps can vary a little depending on a particular Macbook model, so it’s a good idea to consult with a guide to repair or special video for your device (for example, from IFIXIT).
Tools you need:
Pentalobe P5 Screwdriver (For Macbook Case screws)
Torx T3 Screwdriver (for Display screws)
Screwdriver Phillips #.000
Spudger or plastic opening tool
Tweezers
Suction handle (optional, to lift the screen)
LCD screen replacement (compatible with your Macbook model)
Anti-static wrist rope (recommended)
Steps to change the LCD screen:
1. Down and prepare
Turn off your macbook completely.
Unplug all cables and peripherals.
Your self uses anti-static wrist ropes to avoid damage to internal components.
2. Remove the lower cash
Use the Pentalobe P5 screwdriver to remove the screw on the lower cash.
Think of it carefully and set aside and set aside.
3. Remove the battery
Find battery connectors on the logic board.
Use spudger or plastic tools to release the battery connector gently. This prevents unintentional power flow during repair.
4. Remove the display unit
Find a screen cable near the hinge area.

6. Install the new LCD screen
Place the new LCD screen into the screen house.
Re -connect any cable (for example a back lights cable) and tighten the LCD with screws.
Preattach bezel and tighten with screws.
7. Reattach Reslige Display
Align carefully the view of the display assembly with the MacBook top casing.
Secure the hinges with Torx T3 screws.
Re -connect the display cable (video cable, camera cable, etc.).
8. Re -connect the battery and collect again
Re -connect the battery connector to the logic board.
Place the lower kasing again and fasten with the Pentalobe P5 screw.
9. New Screen Test
Your MacBook power to ensure the new LCD screen is functioning properly.
Check the quality of the display, touchpad functionality, and other problems.
